Amazing 3 bedroom house (2 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 with a triple bed), 2 bathrooms and one toilet, located in the historical center of Torroella de Montgri, 9 minutes by car from the beach of Estartit and ideally located if one wishes to get to know the essence of Costa Brava: some of its most representative towns are only a 10-15 min drive away (Pals, Peratallada, Begur o l'Escala). The house is distributed over 3 floors: on the ground floor there is a hall, a toilet and a separate spacious shower room, a sitting room and a charming double bedroom with a stone wall. On the first floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area situated on a spectacular glass platform and a large living room with fireplace and television. On the second floor we find 2 bedrooms, one double ensuite with a bathtub, and a triple room with TV, a toilet with a washer and dryer. The spiral staircase leads to the chillout area on the top floor terrace, floored with artificial lawn and offering a picnic area, sun loungers and a shower to cool off. It is equipped with a simple kitchen space with household linen, coffee maker and microwave with grill. It is ideal for summer vacations, cultural and gastronomic tourism, as it has all the comforts. Location

Torroella de Montgrí is a small town, ideal for strolling and enjoying the architectural jewels of different times: from the XI century, through the Gothic period, to the colonial houses of the early XX century. Throughout the year the town offers a variety of concerts and every summer it hosts the prestigious International Music Festival, one of the most important musical events held in summer in Catalonia, offering concerts of sacred music, jazz and autochthonous music.

How to arrive

Car: Torroella de Montgrí and L Estartit (there are 6 km between L Estartit and Torroella) are situated in the heart of the Costa Brava, with easy access from other coastal resorts and also from Girona, Barcelona and the French border, along the AP-7 motorway (exits 5 or 6).

Bus: SARFA and AMPSA companies run regular bus services from Barcelona, Girona and the main towns on the Costa Brava.

Train: All trains running between Barcelona and the French border stop at Flaçà railway station, 16 km from Torroella de Montgrí. Express trains such as the TALGO only stop at Girona and Figueres, 45 and 39 km respectively from L Estartit. In Figueres Vilafant and in Girona there is AVE station, it connects with Paris, Barcelona and Madrid with high speed system.

Airplane: The nearest international airports to Torroella de Montgrí and L Estartit are Girona-Costa Brava and Barcelona. Girona-Costa Brava airport is 51 km from Torroella de Montgrí, and Barcelona airport is situated 150 km from Torroella de Montgrí.

Ship: The marina and fishing port in L Estartit are in a privileged location, protected by the Montgrí coast and situated on the cruiser route linking France Barcelona Balearic Islands Southern Spain. Estartit Sailing Club, founded in 1961, is situated right in the middle of the harbour, on an area of 16.000 m2 with over 700 moorings, facilities for boats of up to 25 metres in length, wintering services, sailing school and other sports amenities.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in takes place in our office in L'Estartit, at Av. Grecia 39, ground floor, 17258 L'Estartit. Check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm. If you plan to arrive later, you must notify us so that you can collect the keys with a code. Check-out: before 10am.

Cancellation policy
We charge a 30% prepayment to guarantee your reservation. If proper notification is provided up to 30 days before arrival, we will fully refund your down payment. If you cancel 29 or less days before arrival, 30% prepayment will not be refunded.
